Label your drawing. We handle the rest.
Turn labeled drawings into estimates. And more.
KoberTag reads the codes in your drawings, lists, or sketches and applies your table of values: prices, weights, hours, counts, or any unit you work with. The same result every time. The engine reads your labels. It never guesses.

Estimating shouldn't be the slowest part of the job.
- Every quote is two or three hours of copy-paste from your drawings into a spreadsheet. Every revision means doing it again.
- One transposed number or a missed line, and the margin is gone.
- The job goes to whoever sends a clean estimate first.
From drawing to estimate
Four stages. No new tools to learn.

The engine reads your codes and values them
This is where codes become money. KoberTag finds every block code you labeled: BC36H85 for a cabinet, INST-BC36 for its installation, HVAC-42 for a duct, your codes, whatever your industry uses. It matches each one against your private price list. Exact match only. Anything it can't match, it flags for your review. It never adds lines that aren't there. The math is yours: quantity × your unit price, summed by category.
KoberTag doesn't care what industry you're in. If your drawings have labeled codes, it works.
The itemized estimate comes out
Share, send, export, collaborate
It reads. It doesn't guess.
Other tools use AI-based image recognition to guess what's in your drawing. That demos well. In real work, a guess becomes a wrong number in an estimate, and you carry the cost.
KoberTag reads the codes you already put in the drawing. Same drawing, same price list, same estimate, every time. You decide what enters the system, and you review before anything is final.
AI-based tools
KoberTag
Codes you labeled once. Estimates you can trust every time. That's the trade KoberTag makes with you.
More than pricing.
KoberTag was built around price lists, but the engine doesn't care what's in the table. Weight, volume, hours, units, or just counts: if you can put it against a code, KoberTag can price it, weigh it, or count it: one engine, three modes.
Estimate mode
Codes × price = itemized quote.
Neutral mode
Codes × any unit = weighted totals.
Count mode
Codes = category counts.
Reading codes is the core. Everything around it is built to save you time on the other 90% of the work.
What's inside
Built around how you actually quote.
Heat Map & Comparator
The problem. A client sends a revised plan. Which lines actually changed?
What KoberTag does. Compare two versions and see exactly what moved, in the numbers and, for two plans, as a visual overlay.
- Estimate vs. estimate, estimate vs. a new plan, or plan vs. plan (Heat Map)
- Per-line differences, called out
- Visual overlay with adjustable sensitivity
On a multi-page set, rev 3 arrives on a Friday. This is how you check it.
KoberTag chat assistant
The problem. You need a change to the estimate, not a spreadsheet formula.
What KoberTag does. Ask in plain language. It previews bulk changes before anything is saved, and you can undo. It works on the estimate, never your master price list.
- “Raise every price by 10%.” · “Set all installation prices to $45.”
- “Sort the items by line total, highest first.”
- “Write a client-facing summary of this estimate.”
- “Translate the item descriptions to Spanish.”
- Ask in your language — the assistant understands and replies in any language
Reusable report assets
The problem. Every quote shouldn't be rebuilt from scratch.
What KoberTag does. Configure everything that goes on your output once: header with your logo, footer, standard notes, warranty templates, and terms and conditions. Reuse across every estimate. Text and images, exactly how you want them.
- Branded letterhead on every document
- Reusable warranty, terms, and standard notes
- Text and image blocks, configurable per template
- Consistent, client-ready output
Your currency
The problem. You don't quote in someone else's currency.
What KoberTag does. Set your workspace currency once; it carries into your estimates, documents, and exports. Currency is a text field, not a dropdown: enter $, EUR, AED, or leave it blank. The same freedom applies to units - price, weight, hours, or plain counts.
- Per-workspace currency
- Applied across estimates, PDFs, and CSV / XLSX exports
Share links
The problem. Emailing attachments back and forth loses the thread.
What KoberTag does. Send a private link to a frozen estimate. Revoke it any time.
- Time-limited and revocable
- Frozen at share time, so edits after don't change the shared copy
- See how many times each link was opened
Team & workspaces
The problem. Estimating isn't a solo activity, and professionals often work across multiple companies or clients.
What KoberTag does. KoberTag supports teams with roles and allows a single account to belong to multiple workspaces.
- Roles: Owner, Member, and Viewer, with permissions that fit real workflows
- One account, multiple workspaces, for consultants, freelancers, or professionals working across companies
- Each workspace is a fully isolated tenant with its own Price List, settings, and team
